Kashf established the Client Complaint Cell at the Head Office where Client Complaint Officer takes complaints over a toll-free number, undertakes field visits with clients, assesses customer satisfaction, and makes recommendations to the Management on Client Needs. The number, nature, and complaint resolution status are monitored periodically.
